  • we evaluate the level of knowledge of the foreign languages (the evaluation of the level of knowledge according to sections related to speaking, comprehension and specific terms);


  • we check the professional references of each particular candidate as well as the educational background;


  • we apply professional evaluation tests to candidates, aimed to reflect the similitude of their personal and professional qualities to those required by the work provider;


  • by means of the endowment and specialized personnel of the company, we can realize a good communication channel between candidates, partners and clients;


  • we offer warranty for each distributed candidate (from 3 month to 1 year);


  • upon request, we put at clients` disposal materials filmed during the interviews and during the evaluation periods completed by each candidate


  • in case of distribution of personnel abroad, we offer support to our candidates to prepare their files, as well as juridical consulting and help in getting the work visa for the destination country (translation of documents, over legalizations – Haga Apostille- at The Romanian Department of Foreign Affairs, The Romanian Department of Justice and the Romanian Department of Health);

The psychologist of the company can conceive personalized testing programs, according to the requests specific for each particular organization and each particular job.

The psychological assistance is the specialized service that our psychologist can offer in various special or more delicate situations that can appear in the activity of a company. Upon request, he can evaluate from the psychological point of view the existing employees or only one of them, when a reorganization of the personnel is required, and they wish to keep only the best employees or when new strategies are established and a part of the employees will have to be reoriented to other positions.
